My name is Pam Callahan, and this is my fourth year teaching math at Powell County High School. I am originally from Pikeville, Kentucky. I graduated from Virgie High School and Morehead State University. My undergraduate is a BBA in CIS and my graduate degree is MAT in Mathematics and Business Education. I have been married for 15 years to Bob. We have two cats and one rabbit. We are both big outdoor enthusiasts. We hike lots in the Red River Gorge, take lots of digital photos, and Bob is an avid rock climber.
My expectations of this course is that I will learn more about distance education courses so that I can use them with my students to help them become better users in this digital world. I am also taking this course to earn my Masters in Educational Computing Technology, which will earn me a Rank I certification.
